The work ethic and values that established Hobbs’s commitment to its clients and community is one that continues with the second generation of principals and staff. As leaders of a family-owned business, the founders established an ongoing initiative that we continue today. Each year, we make it our mission to donate a minimum of $100,000 to various local charitable programs that add value and strength to our communities. Because of this support, Brad Hobbs, Hobbs’s president, was recognized by Inside Business as one of Hampton Roads’ “Top 40 Under 40.” Some of the fine groups that we are proud to be associated with include:
