Hobbs & Associates, Inc., a leading HVAC solutions and services provider, is thrilled to welcome Jenna Hess as a Project Manager in our Columbia, MD branch. With a robust skill set and a proven track record in various roles, Jenna brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her position.


Through her experiences in the United States Department of the Air Force, where she served as a Senior Airman, Jenna's diverse skill set was strengthened to include exceptional interpersonal and empathetic skills and problem-solving aptitude. Jenna was stationed in England and New Mexico where she worked as a dining facility shift leader. She was also deployed to Adana, Turkey. During her 4 years of service, she was awarded the Air Force Good Conduct Medal.


A graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management and Business Analysis, Jenna has further refined her professional skills. She was actively involved in various capacities, including serving as the President of the Student Towson Veterans Group and as the Lead Peer Support Specialist for the Military & Veterans Center. Additionally, she gained applicable practical experience as an Administrative Assistant/Intern with W.G./Welch Mechanical Contractors LLC. Her well-rounded expertise makes her an excellent fit for her new Hobbs & Associates, Inc.& Associates role.


As the newly appointed Project Manager, Jenna will coordinate projects, manage schedules, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication among team members. Working closely with a team of Application Engineers and Account Executives, Jenna's strong communication and collaboration skills will be pivotal in successfully executing projects.
